This amazing, full ocean view home, is a short ferry ride from Sayville. Our beach house is steps away from Cherry Grove's night life. Quiet time or party town, your choice. It boasts a beautiful ocean view Great Room, 2 full bath, two bedroom also with an ocean view, dishwasher & BBQ. Out door heated shower. Bocce ball court, air conditioning, double sided fireplaces. This house has everything you would possibly need to have your dream vacation. Be there for the famous Invasion of the Pines (July 4 week, additional $ required) along with the infamous theater performances. You will have a blast.
Smoking is not permitted. This is not a daily rental. So please make a request only if you require a 7 night minimum stay.
