In the living room, there is a pull out sofa for additional people to sleep.

Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.

Intrusive, borderline harassing property managers, felt unsafe

The place is decent. It’s a good size and functional. The second night of our stay the property manager messaged that investors were coming by to look at the property in the morning. I told him unless that had been in the paperwork I signed I did not feel comfortable with that, I had kiddos with me and we had paid for the entire place to ourselves for the visit. I got no response so I messaged again in the morning to be sure there wasn’t anyone coming by. I was told that the visit had been canceled. At 930 3 men showed up at the door demanding to be let in. I told them no, I had already spoken with someone, I was not letting any strangers in (they showed no identification of any sort) I messaged again saying that I was not comfortable with this and had been told that it was canceled. I received ANOTHER message “apologizing for the inconvenience and understanding my concern” But asking AGAIN, to let the investors in. I again stated that no, I was not comfortable with that. THEN someone called me on the phone and tried to force me into saying yes, and making it seem like there was no choice. After asking if I had the option to refuse they finally let it go. I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out if I was going to have to deal with someone coming by again or more harassing phone calls. It put quite the damper on a spring break trip for my kiddos.
