Our beautiful home is located in a beautiful resort.
Also known as The Oasis Club, or simply The Oasis. This luxury amenity center is a beautiful and impressive resort in an exclusive gated community known for its beautiful homes. The resort features an impressive 16,000 square foot Clubhouse | In the 1,500 m² clubhouse building, you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge, cinema, fitness center, games room and much more. Outdoor amenities include two temperature-controlled pools, a lazy river, two-story waterslide, aqua children's play area, sand volleyball, cabanas for rent, poolside food and beverage service and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also has 7 tennis courts and the ChampionsGate Country Club golf course.

Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental agreement.

Fireworks
Please advise your guests that fireworks are not allowed.

We are always available to our guests. We are experts in making your stay exceptional. We value your relaxation time and our team is here to ensure you have an amazing experience.

Additional Services (before check-in):
- Heated Pool: $70 per night
- Grill: $60 for the entire reservation
- Pack and Play (portable crib): US$10 per night

If extra services are requested after check-in, there will be an additional charge of US$10.

- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Swimming is at your own risk.
- Smoking Prohibited.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of $300 per pet.
- Full guest list required prior to check-in.
- Commercial vehicles, trailers, trailers and boats are prohibited. Motorcycles and golf carts permitted only if registered.
- Illegal parking may result in a tow.
- Charging electric cars at home is prohibited; $500 fine per violation.
- Violations of the rules result in a fine of US$500.
