I am from Brazil, I have lived in the United States since 2005 and have been renting my house since 2016. I started renting only rooms and recently started renting the entire house.
These 9 years renting through another platform gave me a lot of joy, I made many friends, which encouraged me to take a step forward by renting my entire house. I hope in the deep of my heart to have the same joy, make friends and most importantly, do my best to make my new clients as happy in VRBO as I was able to do on the other platform.
I am not familiar with renting the entire house, but I promise to listen to the needs of new clients, their advice on how I can improve further to make them more comfortable and happy during their stay in my house.

Why they chose this property

I handpicked Terra Lago Community because it is the best and most beautiful in North Indio. It has a lake with geese and ducks, where we can walk around and see a beautiful view of the houses around the lake. It also has a very beautiful club house with a party room, games room, gym and swimming pools that are always hot.

What makes this property unique

What makes my house unique are not the rooms, comfortable living room, dinning room with 8 seats, complete kitchen, nor the safe, quiet neighborhood, but is my beautiful back yard with a covered barbecue area, covered lounge, two gazebos, swimming pool and jacuzzi surrounded by walls of flowering plants that looks like a oasis ready to enjoy your time in the desert, relaxing with your favorite refreshing beverage. Guests will return home refreshed and rested.
