The Space:
The home has 3 bedrooms total (1 up + 2 down) w/ kitchens + laundry rms on both levels. UPPER LEVEL: custom concrete island countertops , induction cooktop, Fulgor Milano appliances (Italy). Full overlay European cabinets, Primary Bedroom: built-ins w/ library ladder access, stained birch wall finish, blackout shades, Primary bath: radiant flooring, heated towel rack, rain shower + body jets. SCREEN PORCH: roller shades, 2 fans , TV, seating area with main dining table that sits 8 . Downstairs has a common space full of games and entertainment. There are 2 very comfortable roller beds stored in the a room near the laundry. They can be rolled out to the common area for extra sleeping. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. 5 smart TVs at the house, one in every bedroom , one in main living room and one in outdoor porch. 2 showers included in the house. 3rd bathroom is a guest bathroom on main floor.

Guest Access:
please please please do not access the smaller detached building at the end of the driveway. It is a separate Airbnb that I also manage. For full disclosure there is a second Airbnb on the property, but it is totally separate and have its own entrance. It is a very small space that sleeps only 1 to 2 guests. The guest for that second airbnb are asked to park on the street to avoid any cars blocking each other on the driveway.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and enjoy walking or driving small distances to restaurants.

Getting Around:
You can definitely Uber for a mile or 2 to all restaurants and attractions in charlotte uptown.
