The Beach Haus is located only 1.7 miles from the beautiful shores of Holden Beach, NC with easy access to Ocean Isle Beach, Oak Island and Southport. Highlights of the home include an open kitchen and dining area, living room with smart tv, king and queen bed with high-end luxury linens, loft space with vaulted wood ceiling, covered back porch with furnished outdoor conversation areas and string lights for the perfect ambiance, fire pit area with smokeless Solo Stove, and ample off-street parking that would easily accommodate a boat trailer.

The Beach Haus is located on a quiet neighborhood street right across the bridge from Holden Beach, NC and only 1.7 miles from the ocean. The immediate surrounding area (within one to two miles) is thriving and has grocery stores, beach stores, miniature golf, a water slide park, restaurants, antique shops, coffee shops, ice cream shops, boutiques, a public boat launch, public playgrounds, and a public splash pad.
🔹Pets are welcome for an additional $150. We can accommodate up to one house trained pet per stay. Please note: the yard is not entirely fenced in so you will need to bring a leash for your pet.
🔹Smoking and Vaping are ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted inside of the home. Guests can vape outside of the home but cigarette smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee for smoking anywhere on the premises.
🔹While our cottage can accommodate small events, large parties over the maximum number of guests (5) are not permitted. If you have a specific request please reach out.

My husband and I love to travel and spend most of our extra time doing so. Now that our kids are getting older we enjoy traveling together as a family. We enjoy good restaurants, quaint towns, and being on the water on our boat! We believe that the perfect stay needs a cozy spot to curl up with a good book, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfy mattress and luxurious sheets. We love our cottage and feel confident that you will love it too!
