This is a peaceful, centrally located mid-rise condo with all of the aesthetics of a gated community. It has a gigantic balcony featuring mountain views. The apartment is soundproof so you know you will get a good night's rest. It has classic Colorado bars and restaurants 3 blocks away where you can go to mingle with the natives. Alternatively, the unit is 7 minutes from the highway, 15 minutes to downtown, and 35 minutes to the mountains! You cannot beat this comfort and location for this price!
