The gourmet kitchen, a focal point with its expansive island, BlueStar gas range, double oven, wine cooler, and ample countertops, invites culinary gatherings. Adjacent, the dining area offers seating for 6 beside floor-to-ceiling windows, while the deck outside provides a serene spot for mountain gazing or grilling on the gas grill.

Unwind in the great room after meals, where a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace set the stage for relaxation and family time.
The upper level also features a luxurious king suite adorned with modern décor, a private balcony, gas fireplace, TV, and an ensuite boasting a dual vanity, jetted tub, and steam shower. Additional amenities include a powder bath and laundry room.

Shock Hill is generally considered ski-in/ski-out in Breckenridge. This neighborhood is located adjacent to the BreckConnect Gondola, which provides direct access to Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Many properties in Shock Hill offer convenient ski access, either directly onto the slopes or very close proximity to ski runs, making it a desirable location for ski enthusiasts.

Please note that security cameras are placed by the outdoor patio area of this home. Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection and in no way infringes upon our guests' expectations of privacy on the property. There are NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Great house in great location

This is a very nice house in a great location next to the Shock Hill gondala station. We have tried many ski in ski out locations over the years but as a family we believe that the gondala location is superier to even the best ski in ski out. We had a small group of 3 so we had plenty of room but think the house would be great for larger groups as well.The only negatives we had were that both fireplaces in the house were not functioning during our stay which was a bummer when its 10 degrees outside. My wife was sick during part of our stay and our skipped ski days would have been much better by a fireplace. The only other small items was the quality of the towels seemed a little low end to me......and no shampoo or conditioner is provided. Not a big deal but when you are paying 2k ish per day, you would think some of these features would be more high end.
