My sweet South Seattle home perfect for a 1-2 people. Amenities include king sized bed, clean hot tub, La Marzocco espresso machine, fire pit, BBQ, Peloton bike, and very private fully fenced back yard with patio and dining area. This is my personal home and not a vacation rental - therefore you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, good kitchen knives, multiple streaming channels, fast wifi and full bathroom with tub.
Raised garden beds and mountain views of both the Cascades and Mt. Rainier await you. Only 11 minute drive from SeaTac Airport. Smart TV and super fast wifi make this the perfect home to both work from and relax at.

I grew up in Greece and have enjoyed living in both NYC and Hawaii for extended times, but currently love calling the PNW home. Lake swims in summer, snow shoeing in winter - the mountains are a beautiful backyard to play in. I also love cooking and gardening. Creating a home in which to do both with a view of the mountains is a dream. I love traveling and seeing how others live, and so have been inspired to open my home to host when I'm traveling.
Why they chose this property
I love being so close to SeaTac Airport (11 minutes) and also being able to be downtown Seattle in about 15 minutes. Yet far enough away to find respite from city bustle. I find nearby downtown Burien charming with everything you need store wise and of course West Seattle has beautiful parks and beaches to enjoy too.
What makes this property unique
My home is small but intentional in decor and design. I love the open kitchen plan with tons of counter space for home cooks... and my backyard is a dream. Private and enclosed for dinner parties and hot tub hangs. Having a full view of the Cascade Mountains from the front on the house on a clear day is a wonderful way to wake up with your coffee to.
