Easy access to hiking trails, restaurants, and local wineries. Open spacious floor plan with stocked chef’s kitchen, dedicated work space, and Peloton plus workout gear.
Relax in our hot tub, explore the trails, or watch the night sky from our patio. Plenty of parking, including room to park an RV or trailer. Universal level 2 EV charger also available at no extra cost!
Our home is situated on a large corner lot with 2 parking areas.
EV charger is located in the back parking area in front of white RV garage.

I am a wife, mom, healthcare professional, camper, hiker, explorer, and yogi. Our family is based in Phoenix, but we live part time in Sedona and have been exploring all Arizona has to offer for the last 14 years.

Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood has access to a large network of trails via Old Post trail. From our house walk toward El Camino, turn right and at the end of the road there is a small forest service gate with a green sign on it. Walk through the gate (make sure to latch it behind you), take the left fork in the road all the way down, you'll see Sedona city service vehicles and a small trail that will connect to Old Post. I highly recommend downloading the AllTrails app for your hiking adventures.
What makes this property unique
Situated in the heart of West Sedona, you can access our home via 260 to 89a avoiding the roundabouts of 179 through Village of Oak Creek. We are a short drive to Uptown Sedona, Cottonwood, Cornville, and the unique mining town of Jerome.
