Whether you like to stay at home and enjoy a peaceful retreat or venture out on the hiking trails, beaches (closest beach is 1.5 miles from the condo) and down town shopping of San Clemente you won't be disappointed. The personal garage is a nice touch as well (brand new clean storage shelving in garage). Keep your vehicle parked and safely waiting. We love San Clemente and clean and comfortable living. We purchased and designed this condo for our own home away from home so it is better acquainted than all places we've stayed in! Chris and Niki are extremely available and local so any questions or needs you might have - we are on it!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, well manicured and close to all of the fun things to do in San Clemente! It's not a beach condo but the private little condo is complete with pool and waterfall views from the private patio. At night with the windows open you hear the peaceful sounds of waterfalls and natural ecosystem. The ocean breezes and professional fans keep the condo surprisingly cool and perfectly comfortable.
What makes this property unique
This is resort style living - very well maintained and immaculate pool and spa just steps from your door. We love our condo for the romanticness and private and quiet feeling. The decor and clean comfort is what sets this place apart. Most rentals look used and dirty, but, this place if for clean freaks and people who love good taste. Black out curtains and shades are a plus for excellent sleep and high power ceiling fans keep you comfortable and cool. We love a good night sleep so the King size brand new memory foam mattress is a must. We also like to work from the condo and the dining room area offers an area to set up your work shop. The sofa is brand new and the area to watch movies and listen to music is relaxing and fun, especially with the patio door open and the lovely manicured gardens.
