PERFECT for us and met ALL our needs!
This is a true walk-in property at the Fairways. This is one of our top 5 most important features when searching! You park and walk across a bridge right to the door. Since the building sits on a slope, there is a unit above and below. Parking was not a problem in April while we were there. We've stayed in MANY units in and around the golf course, so we knew the area we wanted to be. It's an easy 5 minute drive to the Strip. Things we loved: 2 nice and working recliners! Two recliners truly made this unit feel like we were home because we both could get relaxed. A full kitchen with all the basics stocked! A walk-in shower. 2 king beds. Great view right over the golf course. The sunroom was awesome for morning sitting, watching golfers and hot chocolate. We didn't have family with us, but the times we do, the separate dining room would be a bonus to have the seating. We loved how it was the first thing you see when entering, the handiest location for a dining room we've seen. This was truly probably the cleanest condo we've stayed in in all our years traveling. If we were going to nitpick then in the evening light, you could see where someone dusted around items on tables instead of picking up a lamp for instance and wiping there, too. The ceiling fan blades needed a bit of attention. And, the shower curtain liner kept sticking to itself at the bottom, looks like it might need to be replaced. Hopefully, these comments will be helpful. Still, we'd give this place a 10 rating!
