The second master suite offers a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additional rooms include another king bed, a queen bed, and a room with four twin bunk beds. The open area upstairs features two bunk beds and a pull-out couch. A beautifully appointed office area doubles as a library, TV room, and extra sleeping space with a queen pull-out bed. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all. 2. Dogs 65lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $150. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.

5. No parties allowed, but events are allowed.

6. Please observe Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

7. Ensure the Grill is clean before leaving.

8. Please be aware that we do not function as a "hotel". We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
