Welcome to my mid-century bungalow in Arvada! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's walking distance to trendy Olde Town Arvada. Here you'll find so many delicious local restaurants, fun shops and the light rail station that will take you directly to Union Station in downtown Denver l! Coming fromthe airport of to the mountains? Access to I-70 is less than a mile!
The home is updated with central AC/heat, new appliances, new washer and dryer and a very sweet functional kitchen with eat in bar. The master suite boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and dual vanity sinks. The smart TV's and desks means you'll be well equipped to relax or take care of your remote work. You'll be more than comfortable here and perfectly situated to explore all that the Denver area has to offer (without being in the thick of it)!
