We love to serve you the BEST way at our cozy one bedroom RENTAL apartment which is on a quiet street, Centrally Located in Miami and very close to all attractions in Miami... just a block from the ocean and 5 minutes from Miami Beach, Miami Heat arena......
We are in the heart of the sunshine city Miami (Upper East Side), close to all the beaches, few minutes to all tourism places including Bayside, Miami's famous Design District, the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the famous Wynwood Art District, Miami Beach, Miami Heat Basketball Arena, Miami International Airport, Miami Port, Famous Hospitals, .......
There are 35 restaurants within a 15 minute walk including Tutopazzo, Weberman's Traditional Foods and Blue Collar !!
Starbucks Coffee Shop is within 1 minute walk !!!

Our property is located in a popular and up and coming area of Miami (MiMo) that has plenty of restaurants, shops and parks, including Legion, Baywood and Morningside parks, each with beautiful views of Biscayne Bay.

Walking distance to top Miami local restaurants (Michy's, Blue Collar, Metro, Moonchine, Ni Do, Dogma, Balans, Andiamos, and of course for your Starbucks treat, just 1 min walk away. This is the perfect location to experience some of Miami's best dining. Walking distance to Bayside Park with walking/jogging path along bay, and gyms, yoga center and local transportation close by. Close to popular Mid-Town Shops, Design District, galleries and clubs. Grocery market conveniently located close by as well.1/2 block to bus stops on Biscayne Blvd , so u can go everywhere in Miami in buses all day long.

We have FREE WiFi (We just placed a fast Comcast internet with 75 Mbps shared with our other apts. We cannot guarantee their service but I reallyyyy like it. We paid a lot of money for the modem and the BEST & MOST expensive NETGEAR router (has 6 antennas). I was told the US Army uses a similar router.). We have free Cable TV, TVs, Refrigerators, Oven, Couches(Futons), Dining Table with Chairs, Kitchenette,...... in our apartment and a nice backyard with Barbecue area...

When you arrive, pleaseee don't go overboard in asking for things :) Please check our amenities online. We are not a 5 star hotel :)

For your concern, since we don't provide bed sheets, towels, you want us to provide you with NEW bed sheets and towels,Soap, Paper Towels, we can buy them for you for $150...So, please tell us while booking!!

For the guest to feel better, we don't keep spare keys of your apartment. So, if you loose your key, you are responsible to get a locksmith. Sorry, but from our experience, most tenants feel much better that nobody else has a key for their apartment.

For our insurance policy: We are not liable for any of our guest's or their guests' safety..We have security cameras outside on our property.

It is a quiet neighborhood and close to the main attractions in Miami.
The ONLY Water Park in Miami is in our area !!!

A small day dream of what you can do around our building, when you wake up:
- Wake up with a sunshine going through your window to your bed
- Get up and take your coffee outside to the backyard to sit between the big tall bamboo trees
- Take a walk to the ocean ( 1.5 block away) where you sit, relax......
- Walk from the ocean to Europa Cafe or Starbucks for a breakfast
- Drive to the beach for a nice swim
- Come back later in the evening to your apt, change your clothes, then go for a walk to the strip where nice restaurants are.......
This is a small example of what you would do here !!!!!!!!!!

We are a half of a block from Biscayne Blvd where the City Public Transportation buses pass by all day long.
From our location to anywhere in Miami, you really don't need a car to go around !!!!

Try staying once and guaranteed you will come back again !!!!!!!!!

Very clean! the other units/Apts. had very nice people and became friends with all of them,will miss
Enjoyed my stay and will go back,alot of attractions and met alot of people with the 33days I stayed,I`am a twenty five year veteran and had my small Jack Russel..service dog and was perfect for him,with the gated fence,Eli the owner,I talked to him on the phone and it felt like I knew him and never met him in person..very respectful man/owner..if you had any issues and needed something,you call the owner and leave a message,he got back with you in minutes and sovled any issues,I got to know Carlo`s and his wife,I beleive thay stay all year around...Very Nice! and will be missed,as a veteran and very clean person,this place is clean!for the price in North Miami,not far from attractions and North Miami Beach,I don`t give this place a 5*...I give this place a 10*..Thanks Eli and hope to meet you next time,God Bless You &Your Family...Thanks David & Jack

i had a 2 months stay at this place. This little apartment is on first floor so it was easy to move in and out, and it's one block from Biscayne, so it's easy to navigate from there. Bed was comfortable. Internet work fine most of the time(unless all the neighbors watch internet TV at the same time, but that is something you have to live with nowadays.). Flooring is mostly tiles and looks nice in the kitchen/dining room area, while in the bedroom it is floating floors. No carpets so it is good. Parking is on the street, and it's always a problem. If you're there during the day and park before people get back from work, then you will have parking close by, but coming back late and you might be parked a block or two away. The apartment didn't even have the minimum cleaning implements, so I had to purchase a broom, mop and bucket etc. All the things that traveling peoples don't typically carry with them, and had to leave there when I left. The pots and pans are minimal, and the cheapest that is possible to find, so I had to purchase some of those also. Didn't even have a toaster, upon which the owner replied "people don't use toasters in Miami". Funny that one. There is no heater in that place, and I was unfortunate enough to be there on a cold front, was very cold at night sometimes, about 50 degrees(inside). Furniture is sparse, and what there is is old and cheap, looks like it was purchased at a garage sales. The apartment was invaded by very large cockroaches. Thankfully one of the neighbor provided me with a can of some sort of chemicals to treat the place, after which the ones I've seen were dead. I guess it is to be expected in old apartment building, but for somebody from the north this is unnerving. Yes, the apartment is 2 block from the ocean, but there is no beach there. The closest beach is a 15 minutes drive, no clues how long by busses. Overall it was ok for what I was doing at the time, but if it was to do again I would pay a bit more and get a place that is fully furnished and closer to the beach.

Clean, comfortable, exactly what we needed
Needed a place for 6 weeks while relocating, this place worked out great. Clean and comfortable, owner/manager is great to work with and very responsive.
