This charming Barndominium is in a private wooded setting yet located 10 minutes from the picturesque downtown Coeur d'Alene or Post Falls and just 30 minutes from Spokane, WA. This beautiful property features 2 full sized bedrooms w/closets. Master bedroom as an adjustable queen bed and the guest bedroom comes with a full-size captain's bed. 2 full size bathrooms, one equipped with walk-in shower and the guest bath has a shower/bathtub. Along with a washer/dryer. The living room offers family time with a variety of board games, TV and Wi-Fi. The full-sized kitchen has all the amenities for cooking/baking/snacks. LOOKING FOR ENTERTAINENT! There are 4 ski resorts (Mt. Spokane, Switzer, Silver Valley and Lookout Pass) within 1.5 to 2 hours away. Located within 10 minutes from Lake Coeur d' Alene and minutes from the Spokane River. Silverwood Theme Park is 20 minutes away and there are lots of Hiking/biking trails/parks all within a short distance as well. Our place is equipped for both long/short term stays to make your vacation/business trip one to remember. There may even be the occasional wildlife that could be just outside your door. Guests will feel right at home.

We chose this neighborhood for it's perfect balance of peace and convenience. It's a quiet, out of town location that offers a serene escape, while still being just a short distance from town, the river and the lake. We love the tranquility here, and the natural beauty nearby makes it the perfect spot to relax, explore and enjoy the outdoors. It's the best of both worlds ~ close enough to the water for boating and fising, yet far enough to enjoy a calm, restful environment.
