One of the highlights of this home is the caged salt water pool (heated) area right off the living room where you can swim and relax no matter the weather. A new hot tub is also available. Large sliding glass doors open to let in the ocean breeze, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Off street parking is plentiful for both car and RV. 30 amp electrical outlet is available for use.

For water lovers, the private dock provides direct access to the serene waters of Lemon Bay and Englewood Beach, which is just a few minutes away by boat or car.
