Absolutely Wonderful!!

Our stay here in this fabulous home was incredible! From the excellent communication with the owners to the fantastic location, amenities, and thoughtful house setup, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need — from sand toys and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. If anything isn’t perfect, the owners are quick to respond. The beach is literally just steps away, the patio offers plenty of comfortable seating, and the pool is the perfect size, heated to perfection. We can't wait to visit again!

Post-Christmas family vacation

We had a wonderful stay right after Christmas! It’s an easy walk to the private beach and the neighborhood is really quiet. The weather didn’t cooperate otherwise we would have used the pool. We enjoyed using the kitchen and the grill.

Amazing Getaway

A beautiful home and beach to stay at for vacation! The house has a lot of room for plenty of people. The walk to the beach was less than a minute it seemed. The beach is beautiful no matter what time of day. The pond out back of the house of the deck is beautiful. It was fun to count all of the turtles that would swim by. Our family will for sure be back! :)

This beautiful home was more than we could ask for and more. There was plenty of room for everyone. Spacious patio with a beautiful view! Access to a private beach! There is so much to do around Miramar Beach and Destin, but you can have an amazing and relaxing time without even leaving the property! The property manager was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation needs.

We had 11 people, five adults and six kids and the space was great for us. We did have an issue with the pool heater a couple days into using it but they sent someone back out to fix it (we had two days of a cold pool). The beach access is perfect, the outside area was wonderful and the lotion was close to everything we needed.

Wonderful home!

Beautiful home

Two families stayed in this gorgeous house. Between us, we had many children under 12. Every person had a beautiful personal space and we had a blast in the pool and walking a short distance to the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for everyone. We had a great experience and built lifetime memories. Fantastic!

Awesome really lovely house with Beach access. You can see both sunrise and sunset.

Beyond Blue vacation team went over and Beyond to make our stay wonderful. Love the heated swimming pool and nice deck with grill. Golf cart ride enjoyable and made it easy for us to get around. Beach chairs , umbrella, sand toys and cart to take them made us enjoy the beach more. Attic with 4 bunk beds and a balcony made great for kids hang out.

This property is better than the pictures! The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The management team was very responsive. Anything you could possibly need was within walking distance, or the 6 person golf cart could be used. We had the best time and will definitely return! Thank you!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, excellent location for groceries and dining. Plumbing was an issue on our first full day there. We first thought the issue was the toilet on ground floor, it was leaking and sewage came up in shower. Maintenance came in good time. It was a larger job and a plumber came late Monday evening and used 40 ft of snake to get it open. Probably debris from the renovation of tile in the bathrooms. We used so many towels and beach towels to keep water from getting under dining table. The Trip was so nice, the weather perfect, fishing was wonderful. We only used the golf cart once, the pool was great for the kids. We had 7 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3-12.

It was the perfect house for our two families, is very spacious, and is in the perfect location. Win Dixie is just right down the street and the Outlets are right across the main 98 highway. We especially loved the easy access to the beach which was just a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked with beach gear, more than what I expected, and having the two additional chairs and umbrella service at the beach was convenient. We did have a maintenance issue with the hot water, however it was quickly resolved. The management company was amazing to communicate with and was very professional and courteous. The golf cart was nice addition if you wanted to go get a quick bite to eat or go for some ice cream on Scenic 98. The kids and the adults loved the game room and taking a dip in the pool was amazing after spending all day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the updated bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen had the basic essentials, however additional baking dishes and serving platters/dishes would have been nice to have. Check out was very easy! We were very satisfied with our stay and we look forward to renting Sandy Feet Retreat again!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and decorated very nicely. However, it is not set up for a family of 14. There is only seating in the living room for 7. Had trouble from day one with the upstairs bedroom air conditioner. Had 3 different people come and look at it. Third one said the filters were filthy. First one said they looked just fine. It was extremely hot the week we were there and the upstairs bedroom had 2 adults and 5 kids so put a damper on the stay as they were hot. THe kitchen needs stocked properly. It needs pots and pans badly and dishrags!!! We also would run out of hot water daily and had to spread out taking showers so you didnt have to take a cold shower. We didnt have enough wash clothes or towels to shower daily so I had to wash multiple times a day just so everyone could shower daily. Shared towels multiple times with kids but shouldnt have to for what we paid for this house for a week. The pool area was very nice and plenty of seating. We could not locate an umbrella for the outside table but website said it had one. Kids had to go inside to eat lunch so they were not out in the hot sun. On the bright side, the golf cart was wonderful. Kids really enjoyed the rides and very handy to run to the Winn Dixie or restaurants.
