About this property

Next-gen suite w/private pool close to CofI, SRV wine region, & DT. Pet friendly

This next generation suite is the perfect home away from home. Located in Caldwell just 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the College of Idaho, and 15 minutes from the Snake River Valley Wine Region, you won't be short of things to do in the area. The restaurants in downtown Caldwell are also to die for, from Grit 2c's comfort food cuisine to Indian Creek Steakhouse's hearty steaks and potatoes, to Amano's exquisite authentic Mexican food, dining out should be on your to-do list while you're here! However, if you're more of a relax and unwind person, the suite itself is also perfect for you. The bathroom features a two person soaker tub/shower combo and marble vanity. In the living area*, you will find a flat screen TV, a comfy reclining loveseat that faces a cozy electric fireplace, and a cute kitchenette** equipped with microwave, small slow cooker, coffee maker, and griddle. The bedroom offers a soft king-sized bed, black out curtains, two large closets, and a patio door that exits directly onto a private deck beside the private pool*** and hot tub. While the owners reside in the main house, the separate entrance makes sure guests will feel right at home.
We do not charge a pet fee because we believe pets are family, too. Please help us keep it that way by being respectful of the space and cleaning up after your pet(s). Enjoy your time in Caldwell at our welcoming home!

*A queen-sized blow-up mattress can be set up in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements
**Please note the kitchenette is NOT a fully equipped kitchen. No stove and no dishwasher
***The pool is heated to 85 degrees April-October (weather permitting) and is closed October-March

The neighborhood is quiet (our neighbors are a retired woman and a family with a few kids) but close to downtown Caldwell and the Snake River Valley wine region.

What makes this property unique

The back yard is the best part of this property. The pool (heated to 85 degrees between the months of May-October) is so fun and relaxing!
