This is our childhood home and has been adored in the family for over 50 years! A very rare, private waterfront setting with modern amenities and quick proximity to town and the Seattle ferry!
What makes this property unique
180 degree views from Mt.Rainier to the Seattle skyline in a private cove with only 1 waterfront neighbor. Unparalled tranqulity and connection to nature. Privacy that is very rare and offers rejuvenating moments. Playful sealife is abundant and a surprice - Orcas, seals, sealions, otters and more! Sparkling sunsets and twinkling golden horizon views of Three Tree Point, Seattle skyline, SeaTac acitivity, mutiple fire works displays, moonrises, ships & sailboats. Salty afternoon breezes. A special setting to capture lifelong memories. Blending natures beauty with the citys energy!
