• Outdoor Area: Use the beautiful half-acre lot with creek, tree swing, and fenced area at your own risk; ground may be uneven.
• Fire Pit: Seating for 7 available; firewood available for purchase at nearby grocery or convenience store.
• Smart TVs: Guests to provide login credentials for streaming apps; no cable.
• Home Age: The nearly 75-year-old home has charming creaks and imperfections not visible in photos.
• Security: Exterior cameras at front and side doors; no interior cameras.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer located down one flight of stairs in the garage, shared access with the basement tenant.
• Cell Service: Stone construction may limit cell signal indoors; use Wi-Fi to stay connected.
📜 HOUSE RULES 📜
1. Guests must sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours
2. Max occupancy is 7 persons at any given time
3. Booking guest must be 21 years or older and must occupy the property
4. Guests must park in designated driveway parking area or on the street to allow garage access to basement tenant
5. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
6. Pets are not allowed on the property
7. No smoking on the property
8. No parties or events
9. Fire pit must be fully extinguished with water after use
