This lake retreat is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy the water. Just 50 min. east of Dallas, our property feels like a vacation. Canton Trade Days is just a short drive! Stargaze around the firepit, cast a line, or take in the beautiful sunsets from the 2 story dock. Bring your boat, the ramp is just down the street. Don’t forget your tubes/floats to lay in the water and soak up the sun.
THE PROPERTY
This lake retreat is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy the water. Just 50 min. east of Dallas, our property feels like a vacation. Canton Trade Days is just a short drive! Stargaze around the firepit, cast a line, or take in the beautiful sunsets from the 2 story dock. Bring your boat, the ramp is just down the street. Don’t forget your tubes/floats to lay in the water and soak up the sun.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire house, the entire yard and the boat dock. The boat dock does not have electricity at this time.
Please respect our neighbors and stay on our property. Do not access the water through other docks or property’s.

Please remember you are at the lake, this is a rural area. You are in very close proximity to the water. We do have pest control for the inside of the house but you will encounter spiders, bugs and various forms of wildlife outside the house.
