Welcome to Lakefront Haven! A modern gem ✨ 2 bd/2ba townhome designed to provide the perfect lakefront escape with amazing views from every room. Perched right on Crooked Lake with multiple boat slips for all your water activity needs.

Conveniently located to year-round options! ☀️🛥️❄️⛷️

Connected inland waterways provide endless adventures. The Highlands and Nub's Nob ski resorts are a stone's throw away. Centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs for great shopping and dining.

Our home offers 940 square feet of pure, lakefront paradise. Our newly constructed corner unit townhome offers guests a clean, calming and inviting atmosphere to take in all that Crooked Lake and Northern Michigan has to offer.

Boat Slips and Lake Access:
You'll have access to 4 private boat slips during your stay. You can also choose to rent boats and other water toys on your own at local business on the lake. Crooked Lake Yacht Club is immediately to the east. Boat launch, Windjammer Marina and gas dock immediately to the west for the boating convenience you cannot get anywhere else.

Kitchen:
Full size and fully equipped. You’ll have the basic kitchenware necessities to prepare your meals. However, you'll need to bring your own ingredients for cooking (oils, salt, pepper, season, etc.).

Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedrooms are upstairs with a queen bed in each room.

Outdoor Space:
The best part of coming to Northern Michigan is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and our place is perfect for just that. You'll have access to balconies exiting each room upstairs, a deck as you exit the unit towards the lake, comfy chairs, and a private lawn/deck space just outside the unit.

The Basics:
Central and air to keep you cool during the hottest days, and nice and toasty during the coldest nights. We also have a wall fireplace near the kitchen for added warmth and ambiance.

Essentials:
Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows.

Pets:
Though we love animals, we do not allow pets at this property.

Northern getaway
Carlos was great, got right back to us with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s like brand new inside and out, Jack with Windjammer Marina at the end of the building was super great too, rented a pontoon boat from him and he picks up and delivers to the unit free of charge. Thanks again Carlos

Beautiful property right on the water
We stayed here for a long weekend over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. The property is beautifully decorated and the view is spectacular. It was exactly what we were looking for being right on the water and close to both Petosky and Harbor Springs. The perfect place for a weekend away with your significant other. We would absolutely book with Carlos again
