Pet-Friendly Policy - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Renter Agreement: A signed renter agreement is required within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be canceled.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of up to $1,000 is required. Deposit will be processed by the host on the guest's credit card.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum renter age is 21.
Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the cabin. Violations are subject to a $500 odor removal fine.
Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a fee of $150 per pet.
Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.
Outdoor Surveillance: The property is equipped with outdoor cameras that monitor the driveway and front entrance for security purposes.
Credit Card Fraud: We reserve the right to report and prosecute all instances of credit card fraud.
