We have lived in the Philippines for 25 years and decided to retire in Zamboanguita (40 minutes drive). We host 5 properties. Either myself or Ariel Agir will be happy to assist you during your stay.
Why they chose this property
Tourist attractions are nearby, and Valencia is popular with many foreigners for its slightly cooler evenings and small-town feel. A view of stunning Mount Talinis can be had from the second bedroom window. The center of town is about 500 meters away.
What makes this property unique
This is a fully furnished unit that will make you feel at home. Parking is available for one vehicle or a couple of motorcycles.
