Outdoor enthusiasts will love the property's proximity to attractions like Arrowhead Village, Rim Nordic Ski Area, Snow Valley, Snowdrift, Green Lake, and National Children's Forest. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen or dine El fresco on the deck under the tree canopy. Truly a beautiful place to relax and enjoy all the mountains have to offer. Winter conditions we recommend 4x4 or AWD vehicles and chains should be carried at all times.

Hello, this home IS pet freindly. Should you be bringing a pet please let management know and the small fee of $50 per pet will be applied / requested. We do not accept cats. Thank you

HOUSE RULES
-Have a fantastic stay!
-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 10 pm to 7am
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10pm to 8am
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
