Cozy 2-bedroom house in Millfield near Bailey's Trails and on many riding routes
Millfield is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom house. With a king master bedroom that has a crushed velvet sleigh bed and a queen guest room that is spacious, you will find a wonderfully peaceful stay here. Sectional Sofa with chaise can sleep 2.
Convenient and easy to get to but far enough out for privacy and quiet time. Enjoy the AC, 5G WiFi, gas grill, wildlife and more amenities provided.
Two full bathrooms (master bath has separate shower and bathtub) with a hair dryer and towel warmer to ensure convenience during your stay.
The outdoor firepit area with chairs and loungers is perfect for relaxing and listening to music.
Hunting
The property has a total of 4 acres (mostly heavily wooded and steep terrain. Deer are fed on the property (feeder and mineral blocks), and graze and hang out in the yard. Hunting on the property is permissible ONLY with pre approval. Please message for more information

Native to Athens County and Millfield, my home was built in fall of 2019. I truly love the area, neighbors, animals and QUIET on the ridge. This is no longer my full time residence so I decided why not let others enjoy the beauty and tranquility I have for the past few years.
Why they chose this property
location, location, location! It is close to everything in Athens but far enough off main roads that you'll feel "in the middle of nowhere".
