About the host
Hosted by Charity Farrell
I am a professional singer who travels frequently for work. During my travels, I have largely stayed at short term rental properties, and found them to be overall a much better experience than hotel stays, especially when considering stays longer than one week. I love hosting short term and mid term rentals, because I have a unique perspective on what it means to travel for a living and love learning and implementing new ways to make a guests stay the most comfortable and convenient possible
Why they chose this property
I primarily chose this neighborhood for its quiet atmosphere, but also for its proximity to the downtown area, the Air Force base, and the major universities and hospitals in the area.
What makes this property unique
I would say the most unique part about my property is by far the backyard patio and garden area. I spend a majority of my time when on the property, working on the outside garden and take great pride in making that area as beautiful and peaceful as I possibly can.
