Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is diverse and it's an artist enclave. We are just a few blocks from gorgeous Lassing Park overlooking Tampa Bay. We just over a mile from downtown St. Petersburg....restaurants, live music, world class museums, and beauty abounds just down the road from us. We are so fortunate to have a quiet oasis that is so close to everything this amazing city has to offer. And, don't forget the beach! Tropical scenery at the Gulf of Mexico (with white sand beaches) is just a 20 minute drive away.
