We have this policy due to our close proximity to campus. Our house is not a party house but it is a great place to stay in an excellent location when visiting State College.
Our guests will be given a four digit code to open the front and back doors via keypad access.

Why they chose this property
The location of the home is fantastic! Our home is in the College Heights neighborhood that is filled with faculty, coaches, grad students and families who have lived here for decades. It is not quiet neighborhood that does not allow parking on the street. That is a town ordinance for this neighborhood. Our guests can walk to everything.
