We are not investors or a corporation, just friends trying share our special place so others can make great memories of their own.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood offers a beautiful mix of high desert and forest views! It's quiet but convenience to Courthouse Square, amazing restaurants, museums and more. It's a short drive from Watson and Lynx lakes, or Thumb Butte hiking trails. All of Prescott is at your disposal!

Built in 1958, this house has the charming MCM architecture Prescott is known for. It's uniquely positioned as a 1-story home in the front, with a surprise walkout basement, patio and downstairs back-yard overlooking a small meadow frequented by deer, javelina and other AZ wildlife.
