HOA House Rules:
- No pets, no exceptions
- Guest Registration (contact info and vehicle info) required to be handed in before check in
- Receipt of HOA Rules & Regulations form including parking requirements, pet policies, noise policies, and pool hours is required to be signed before check in, fines can apply for HOA policy violations
- Guest are required to move their vehicles to the street (for 15 minutes) in the morning when there is a snow storm so the plows can properly clear the parking area (nice to not have to shovel out your car)

You will have 100% PRIVATE access to the entire townhome plus one designated parking space that can fit up to two vehicles if they are tandem parked in your one (double long) parking space. We are SO close to Heavenly, there is also a shuttle stop nearby. It is a truly stunning and peaceful location while still being walking distance to town and the lake!

We are on lower Ski Run near the Black Bear Lodge and several restaurants.

Starter essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more! Once starter supplies run out we can replenish for a fee or you are welcome to buy your own additional supplies during your stay. Mid-stay maid service available for an additional fee.
