Welcome to a relaxing mid-century modern retreat in the high desert. 3 acre property minutes from Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, and Pioneertown. You won't believe the views, the quiet, and the night sky.

Amazing indoor/outdoor flow with sliding glass doors in every room leading onto covered patios, landscaped gardens, and a life-size chessboard. Enjoy the three indoor fireplaces, two outdoor fireplaces, seasonal cowboy pool, and central heat/ac. Built in 1963 and totally renovated in 2022. We retained the original layout and fun quirks - like a built-in sewing machine and wrap around fireplace in the living rooms. And we made sure to add all the modern conveniences you really want (new baths, central HVAC, recessed lighting, washer/dryer, alexa, keypad entry, and more).

Our home offers three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a full size bed. There is a second full bath in the hallway. There is also a queen size sofa bed in one of the living rooms. Plus a full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, a dining room that comfortably seats six, and multiple furnished outdoor spaces to enjoy, including a courtyard with a gas grill.

There is ample parking in front of and next to the garage, which is not accessible to guests. You are in the open desert, so you may see wild animals (jackrabbits, roadrunners, quail, giant beetles, scorpions, snakes and coyotes). If you don't bother them, they (usually) won't bother you. Use the screens when doors are open to keep the wildlife in the wild and out of the house.
