Our Home is located in a quiet neighborhood on lower Kingsbury only one mile from town and two miles to the lake, it's so nice to be so close! We have a full sized grocery store (Safeway), a nail salon, post office, fitness center, coffee shop, and several restaurants in our neighborhood only a few miles away from us. You will find shopping, dining, and activity recommendations in the house manual upon arrival.

You will need a vehicle in Tahoe pretty much no matter where you stay. There are plenty of ubers and taxis to take you around as well. We look forward to hosting you!

HOUSE RULES: No parties, No Smoking, No Pets, max occupancy of 10 persons strictly enforced, parking for no more than 3 cars, no street parking, no loud music after 10:00pm per city ordinance. We live in a quiet neighborhood and and we please ask that you enjoy everything that Tahoe has to offer while respecting our neighbors.
