(There is a fee to bring a boat into the community, must speak with Guard on Duty at the visitor entrance)

• Kayak (Sit-On) available to use, life jacket upon request
• Fire pit in back yard by the pond

**Minimum age to book is 25, any guests under 18 must have legal guardian present for full duration of stay**
**MAX Occupancy of 6 guests, this includes children unless child is less than 2 years old**
