200’ hill 22 acres off grid wooded area beautiful views of Mountains, Stream, Britton Prospect with traces of gold, silver and copper, trails around the Balsam Hill. ATV and Snowmobile Trails come right to Balsam Hill Cabins. The Cabins are right on the old Stagecoach Road that is 220 years old. We just fixed Old County Road to the Cabins.
We are located 2 miles from Route 1 Milbridge and about 2 miles from Route 1A Milbridge
Cabin 10’by10’, private, fire pit, benches, picnic table and hammock. The Cabin is 100’ from Old County Road.
A cell phone booster is at the campground which works good and runs all the time and no wifi or power at the cabins off grid. Shower is located at the cabins.
We are located 2 miles from Route 1 Milbridge and about 2 miles from Route 1A Milbridge and we just fixed the Old County Road and the parking area and the road is settling from being fixed but low cars have been making into the parking area with no problems.
The paths are primitive and not suited for people who have trouble walking on uneven ground.
We provide solar lights, propane stove, propane, all natural bug spray, battery bank charger and 2-4 small bottled water.
Cooking pan with cover, frypan, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, knife set, silverware set, mixing bowls, vegetable peeler, can opener, barbecue utensils, paper plates, paper cups, matches and cooler. Shower and Porta Potty is at the Cabins.
