Welcome to our luxurious home located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, Mendoza. This incredible property features 8 spacious bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a large living space to accommodate up to 24 guests.

The house has several social spaces, from a huge double-height living room with fireplace, next to a large dining room. Next to these spaces, we find an excellent barbecue area with TV, oven, and additional kitchen area, with space to accommodate all diners. Within this space, the environment is integrated with a deep, sun-filled pool. In addition, the house has a jacuzzi to enjoy both in summer and winter.

The park is full of perfectly maintained trees and bushes for playing and having fun outdoors. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the cold winters and also many indoor games, from a 4-person arcade to a professional pool table.

The beds are adapted according to the needs of the guests, whether they are traveling in large groups or couples.

The house has a very comfortable parking area that can accommodate 6 or more cars.

There is a service sector with an extra room, laundry, bathroom and a small kitchen for your cleaning staff or nanny.

Despite being a quiet and safe neighborhood, it also has CCTV with several cameras around the park and the entrance for your peace of mind.
