Our home comfortably accommodates groups of up to 12 guests. Sink into any of our eight cozy beds adorned with fresh, high-quality linens and pillows. With ample space, our five bedrooms feature 2 king, 2 queen, one full and 3 twin beds.. All bathrooms are elegantly refinished with modern spa-like features, essential toiletries, and plush cotton towels.

Our bright and open-concept chef's kitchen and dining areas offer ample space for preparing, cooking, and hosting your guests efficiently. The fully stocked kitchen includes island bar seating for four, while the dining area seats 10 guests and opens up to the living room. The living space features a comfortable plush sectional, flat-screen TV, and vibrant pops of color, perfect for families to relax and unwind.

Pool Heating: The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees during your stay for a fee. If you decide to take advantage of this extra service, please notify the host 48+ hours in advance.
Pool heating fees per day:
October: $105
November: $125
December - February: $150
March-Sept: $100
We will send a separate payment for this through the app.

Pets are allowed. Pet fee is $150 per pet per stay.

In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat.

NOTE: The pool will not stay warm if you do not use the pool cover overnight.

**Warning**: The pool at our property does not contain a safety barrier and is unsuitable for young children. We recommend families with children ensure all children under seven are accompanied or are sufficient swimmers.
Pool service day is every Thursday.

Propane Tanks: We do our best to ensure there is remaining propane. If none is available, please inform us for prompt delivery.

Early check-in and late checkouts are allowed if available. Please inquire for fees.
