The Space:
Guests will enter this beautiful townhouse and be mesmerized by the clever use of spaces to create an open and exciting atmosphere. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three, opens to the dining room for 6 and the cozy living room which offers further accommodation space via its sofa and accent chairs with a refreshing conservation view and seating space for you and your family.

The spacious master bedroom is modernly furnished with a King Size bed and features an ensuite bathroom, glass-enclosed shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a full-size bunk bed and a toddler bed and the third bedroom has a full-size bunk bed and a toddler bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub along the hallway as well as a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Guest Access:
• Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.
• We understand that your furry friends are part of the family too, which is why we offer a dog-friendly stay for an additional fee of $300 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
• Parking is very easy with driveway space for 3-4 cars.
• We are pet friendly! Dogs are allowed for $300 per stay (up to 2 dogs). $75 per dog after 2.
• We ask that all dogs be crate trained and that you clean up after them.
