The Space:
Escape to the ultimate retreat in Sevierville, Tennessee at Piper's Treehouse, a spacious 3-bedroom cabin designed for families and groups seeking a memorable getaway. Nestled among the trees, this charming pool cabin offers a unique tree house ambiance from the moment you step onto the walkway and enter through the coded access front door.

The main level welcomes you with a sense of luxury and openness, featuring a large living room with ample seating and a Smart TV, complemented by a designer dining table and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for hosting family meals. This level is crafted for relaxation and gathering, surrounded by the serenity of the woods.

Upstairs, discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two king en-suite bedrooms boast designer-grade amenities including high-end tile showers with rain head shower heads, windows offering scenic views, and even heated toilet seats for added comfort. Each king bedroom provides direct access to the upper deck, where a queen-sized bed swing awaits for moments of pure relaxation amidst nature. Laundry facilities conveniently located upstairs ensure practicality during your stay. Kids will delight in the bunk room with comfy bean bag chairs and a smart TV.

Venture downstairs to the lower level and be awed by the pool room's expansive glass wall, providing visibility to both the pool and the adjacent game room. This level offers seamless entertainment options, whether watching a movie, playing games, or simply enjoying the pool's activities. A full bathroom within the pool room ensures convenience without having to traverse through the house with wet feet. The Neighborhood:
Nestled along Wears Valley Road, our cabin resides in a quaint neighborhood offering a secluded retreat. Accessible via a charming one-lane road, the journey to the cabin sets the tone with its tree house ambiance, serene nature views, and tranquil evenings. This peaceful enclave promises a quiet escape, ideal for enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.

While the area does not feature steep mountain slopes, guests are advised to consider using 4WD vehicles during colder months for added traction on occasional hilly terrain leading to the cabin. Despite the short distance from the main road, the neighborhood ensures a secluded and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature.

・Must be 25 years or older to book
・Max occupancy is 10 (including children)
・Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
・NO PETS (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)


・QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
・CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
・CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM

・Bears are dangerous
・Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and towels.
・You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
・NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
・We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
・We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
