This two-level home is located in the heart of Sunriver, one mile north of the Village at Sunriver and steps away from 33 miles of mixed-use trails (with three adult-size bikes to ride on them). You'll enjoy a direct bike path route to SHARC's indoor/outdoor pools and tubing hill a quarter-mile east, and easy walking access to Fort Rock Park's tennis courts and the Meadows Golf Course, both of which are one mile away. Come wintertime, the world-class slopes of Mt. Bachelor are only 22 miles northwest.

Nice place but hot

Nice and opportunities for improvement

Nice to have a house larger enough for 3 families. Great having the SHARC passes. Close to bikepath. Does back up on "main" road. Beds a mixed bag, time to invest in decent mattresses. Bikes - couldn't raise seat on one, handlebars not tight on another, all 3 cruisers without gears. If you need large pan for pancakes, better bring your own - the ones at the house are scarred. Will look for another option in the future

Great location. Needs some TLC

For most part the property was as described. It was extremely hot but we knew it would be. We could manage w fans and blinds. With a little updating place could be way better. The giant kitchen table and four chairs and one broken one around it. The silverware drawer contained 30 butter knives and about 11 forks mostly with bent prongs. The appliances are old, toaster had a broken part, microwave had very little power. Kitchen was well stocked. We found everything we needed. Bbq and deck were awesome!! Frig didn’t work first day as it was too hot in the house when we arrived. Great access from house to sharc and village.

Great family vacation rental

We cooked thanksgiving dinner for 8 and the kitchen was well-equipped for it! Nice to have hot tub with roof-cover and out of the wind. Extra Bedroom mattresses could be made more comfortable with toppers.

Home with room for everyone

This home was well laid out and provided a base to explore Sunriver. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We loved that the table was large enough for everyone to eat together. The home was clean, but we noticed many things that suggested a lack of attention to detail; one of the cutting boards was covered in bread crumbs, the pans were worn and dirty, and the living ceiling fan shed dust in big clumps when it was turned on. The home had the basics needed to stay, but lacked any extra amenities (there wasn't any paper to write them a note about what we found, the clock had stopped working before we were there, missing pictures form the walls). We would stay there again, but would be better prepared.

Great Home For Vacation

The house is nice and clean. I highly recommend to do some upgrades for beds ( making noise) and overall home. The property is more than 40 years old and everything is original!!!

No trash bag in the kitchen's trash can. Called the service, they said they will send some trash bags next day, but actually no one showed up. No black out curtain in bedroom, only blinds (there is even one bedroom's blinds can't be totally put down). Waken up very early each morning by bright sunlight.

House needs some love

The house is in a great, central location and about a mile walk to the Village. Overall is was fine but I won’t rent this one again for a few reasons. There is no A/C (which we knew) but we stayed during an unseasonably hot weekend and with most of the living area being on the second floor, it was miserable. The house has several fans and we brought some of our own but it was still too hot for comfort. None of us slept good due to the heat and also the fact that the beds are just so-so. Several of the dining room chairs are wobbly and a lot of the homes furniture needs to be replaced. The living room is also very small and we couldn't all sit there to watch TV. We did love the bbq and huge deck and spent every evening out there as it was cooler than the house. The kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of the essentials while we were there. This is not a bad review by any means but this was probably one of our least favorite Sunriver homes we’ve stayed in.

Lovely!

We had a great trip! The kids loved the bikes and bike paths, the SHARC pool, and watching the Olympics on the big TV. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I worried about the lack of air conditioning during our August visit, but there were lots of fans provided and screened windows. Thanks!

Over all it was a good location for us , just here for2 nights , trying to piece together a week in SR . Bed in master wasn’t very comfortable . Could have switched to another room I guess . Buts such a short stay , we stayed put. Good kitchen and deck area

Needs a DEEP Clean!!!

We stay at Sunriver 2x per year for the last 30 years. So I have stayed at quite a few places. FIRST, we had a great time, we always do. The location to the SHARK is great, easy drive to the store. BUT!!!! WOW!!!! does this place need a deep clean. From the kitchen, carpet, cupboards, couches, pillows... GROSS! We found candy wrappers in the couch, dirty cups, ....The owner should do some updates and let the cleaning crew know they are not doing their job at all.

Approach Lane 6 home

This home is well stocked with all the basic necessities a family and friends would need. Our teenagers loved being able to ride bikes and paly ping pong in the garage. It was very nice for all of us to hang out upstairs together or kick the kids downstairs so the adults could have adult time. This home is well cared for and the hot tub was amazing! I love how it's tucked away and covered from the elements of the weather. It made coming and going so easy and not so cold! We would love to rent here again. Just wish it were dog friendly..... That's my only complaint.

Family gathering at Sun River

The living room and kitchen areas are very comfortable, which is where our party of 6 spent our time while in the house. We also used the outdoor deck, but it's in need of repair (the deck has half new boards and half old - unstable). ~ The beds are extremely hard... if that's what you like, then you'll be comfortable. ~ We had fun with the ping pong table!

Arrived to warm refrigerator, had to call vacasa and took over 24 hrs to cool, had to keep meats and dairy in cooler. kids and adults got lots of splinters walking on back deck - needs some work. enjoyed hot tub and bike trails.

Very comfortable!

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It's a great size for our family of five. We especially liked the TV area downstairs where our teenager and other kids could hang out separately. The hot tub and ping pong table were really nice to have as well, and we loved having the SHARC passes! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a group!

Nice, Big, Accomodating

Big house. Easily held 8 people and plenty big to hold 10. The house is extremely hot in the summertime. Had to buy 2 fans and open all the windows to cool the house down.

Nice Stay

The location and house size was perfect for our group. The hot tub was nice way to relax after an active morning. The full size and pull-out couch mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and squeaky, but overall is was a nice stay.
