This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a Purple Luxury king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite half bathroom with a sink and commode.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 Purple Luxury twin size beds. These can be moved together.

The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

There are weekly and monthly discounts built in to the nightly rates!
Any stays longer than 7 days will require a utility charge of $100/per full week. Payment will be collected after booking.
A deposit is required for stays greater than 28 days. Deposit will be collected after booking.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer available upon request or for longer stays.
• Parking is available for 2 cars ONLY in the driveway. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras. The first is mounted on the left side of the home and actively monitoring the pathway to the left of the house. The second is mounted on the right side of the house and actively monitoring the pathway to the right of the house. The third is mounted in the back yard and actively monitoring the back yard from the house. The fourth is mounted on the doorbell, actively monitoring the entrance.
