Newly built secluded cabin that sits on over 12 private acres. The home features 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a spacious loft with 2 twin beds. Open concept design, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning stove and a comfortable common living space. The spa like bathroom has a large 48" shower and double vanity. Central air unit for both heating and cooling. 12 acres of forest and meadows close to Cooperstown Dream Park, All Star Village, state parks and the New York Safety Track. During the summer months, the cabin is bright and charming.
During the fall and the winter months, the cabin offers the perfect location for everyone who is looking for a quiet escape surrounded with the sounds of nature and a nice indoor and/or outdoor fire.
In winter 4 wheel drive is needed.
