Summary:
Cozy Corner is an aptly named studio within the gates of Yosemite National Park, offering just enough of everything you need to create the perfect vacation in this natural wonderland.
When staying in Cozy Corner, you do not need an additional vehicle reservation! Your Cozy booking is your ticket in!
The Space:
Situated within Yosemite West, you’ll be within easy reach of all of the breathtaking attractions this incredible park holds while surrounded on all sides by the beauty and majesty of the mountainous landscape. It’s the perfect place to unwind and let all your worldly cares be carried away with the fresh air, seated on your private balcony. While secluded, the home is within a short distance from hotspots such as Yosemite Valley, offering several local restaurants to try new and local fare. Whether you’re out hiking one of the many trailheads or driving along the abundance of scenic routes, there’s virtually unlimited opportunity to stop along the way for photo ops of the panoramic views or taking a rest next to breathtaking waterfalls.
Step indoors to a comfortable living area waiting to welcome you home after long days exploring the landmarks. Rest your tired feet on the living room sofa or curled up under the covers on the bed while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The quaint yet well-equipped kitchen can accommodate all your mealtime needs, and you can enjoy your hard-earned fare seated at the spacious counter with high-top barstools for 2. A drip coffee maker will help perk you up in the morning, and the balcony is just the place to enjoy your fresh morning cup as you plan out the day’s activities.
This studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a spacious queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa, both fitted with fresh linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Since it is a corner unit, there’s only one shared wall and an extra window for more natural light and keeping you closer to nature.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This condo does not offer private laundry facilities. Communal Coin laundry is located in the “B” building. The machines only take quarters. Washer and dryer availability, functionality and maintenance are out of our control. We cannot service the machines.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guests need not make a park entry reservation ahead of their visit but must show their confirmed booking information upon arrival and pay $35 per non-commercial vehicle to enter. Entry is good for 7 days.
• Grand Welcome manages this unit within Yosemite West Condos, not the common areas or communal amenities. Communal amenities include, but are not limited to, coin operated laundry (washer and dryer), Wi-Fi and parking. If there are issues with communal amenities during your stay, please reach out to us. We will communicate directly with the condo HOA to attempt to expedite any repairs.
• This welcoming condo is deep in Yosemite and one step from nature and as such is subject to the natural occurrences of snow, rain, wind, falling pine needles and leaves, dust/dirt, animals and insects. As these issues persist long after we clean, there is a broom, and other necessary items to assist you in clearing the balcony.
