Family vacation

We had an amazing time! The property was great! We had a few small issues with the pool alarm and internet (we were notified upon check in that there were internet issues in the entire area), and they were VERY prompt in taking care of everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than Expected

Spent the holiday week at this home and had a wonderful experience. The home is much better than the photos! Very clean and each member of our family of five had their own bathroom. Would stay again!

Very clean and spacious property

This home is higher quality and very spacious. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which is wonderful. Beautiful neighborhood was close to theme parks. Would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful home, would definitely stay again

Everything was great. The only complaint I have is the ice maker didn’t work and the curtains were inoperable in the rear bedroom, and nobody came by to fix it.

We are happy to report that this property was even better in person than it appeared in the photos. Everything was found to be just as promised and communication with the property managers was very pleasant and they always responded very quickly and courteously. 7 days at reunion

Great house at a great location. Pool gets super hot when you run the hot tub for long periods. Beds are comfy and the soaking tub is awesome . I recommend bringing a streaming stick if you want anything other than local tv.

Solid spot for Disney friends and family

Enjoyed that the property had private bathrooms for each bedroom. Staying with many friends and family. It created a nice set up of privacy. Living room was nice. Paul was great definitely pay to have it heated. only critique is Despite the pictures of the golf course in the listing, you do not have access to play, But there are many courses nearby. The Jeeves team is very responsive for the few maintenance items that came up in our 2 1/2 weeks stay They always responded in a timely and immediate manner, even on the weekends.

Property didn’t meet our needs

The home itself was nice and clean minus the drain flies from the bathroom sinks and showers. The first day we arrived as they were still cleaning. Dropped off our items and went shopping. When we returned the alarm for the patio door we’re going off no matter if we pushed the button or not. We called maintenance and they arrived quickly. During this time we noticed the fridge was missing shelves and the pool was not heated. We had been told in previous chat the pool heat would be turned on at 8am of our day of arrival as we paid to have the pool heated for the week. The maintenance guy fixed the alarm and told us the pool heat was not on but he would turn it on for us. We showed him the missing shelves and the need for it as our groceries wouldn’t fit without it. He said he would get one and never returned. The next day we were at Disney all day and came home to to read the pool is only heated from 8a-8p. This meant we couldn’t use the spa either after 8pm. The pool still felt cold so we called maintenance again on Tuesday. The same guy returned with another guy and we were told the heat had not been on. For two and a half days the heat was not on although we paid and were told it was on but Jeeves maintenance men. Again we asked about the shelf as we were having to make multiple trips to the grocery. We also had to purchase ice the entire week as the ice maker was not operating correctly. After addressing the shelve issue with the fridge they even suggested they could look at a replacement fridge and we said yes. Nobody ever contacted us the rest of the week for a shelf or fridge replacement! We gave up after asking twice for it with no solution. This caused multiple trips to the store during our vacation and took time away from activities we wanted to enjoy. Definitely disappointed that we paid for the pool to be heated that wasn’t for half the time we were there. Photos are also obviously older as they show no immediate neighbors. There are neighbors built right next to this home now on both sides.

We had a great time at the property. This was our 3rd time at Reunion. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy. The furniture was all clean and in good condition.

Nice home

The home was very clean upon arrival. Finishes were above average but not high end. The view to golf course was very nice. No problem with using the code to unlock door upon arrival. Great bedroom situation in that all bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Also a 1/2 bath downstairs. We encountered a few problems some minor...some not. There were light bulbs out in lamps and light fixtures. We purchased food to grill on our first night only to find the grill burners were corroded and cracked. The Jeeves staff came out to assess but needed to contact the house owners to get parts or the grill replaced. So no use of the grill for our entire stay. We also paid for heating of the pool and spa. The water was cold upon arrival. When I called in to report this they did send someone out but then needed a pool tech to come which wouldn’t be until the next day. The pool tech got the heat going for about 2 hours but then it stopped. After daily calls to guest services I was told the heater needed to be replaced and the owners needed to be contacted. So no use of pool or spa for entire stay. I was told I would receive a credit for the heating charge but that has not happened yet. A big negative was the process of entering the development. On initial check in at the gate the guard must verify your name, ID, address of rental and dates of stay. Once they do this you are given a pass to display for entry. The problem is that they only have one lane to pass through for guests. So even though you have been verified you still have to wait in line with those that are doing the initial check in. One time we waited in line for 15-20 minutes! There needs to be a better system of a different lane that you could use after you already have your pass! We don’t know whether we would stay at Reunion again due to this. It was very frustrating.

Wonderful place!!

Very clean & spacious! Lived out by the pool & this is the third time staying in the Reunion area and 100% will be coming again! First time using Jeeves and was very pleased with every aspect of our stay!!!!
