I live downstate but have been visiting Northern Michigan with family and friends for years. When I'm not using the property, I’m more than happy to share it with others so they can experience the beauty of this area too!
Why they chose this property
This house is nestled near Otsego Lake, the largest lake in the Gaylord area, spanning about 5 miles. With its sandy bottom and shallow waters, this all-sports lake is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and more. In the winter, it's conveniently close to snowmobile trails and ski resorts. The locals are welcoming, and my family and friends have cabins nearby too!
What makes this property unique
My dad and I built this cabin from the ground up over the course of two years. We've poured countless hours, sweat, and heart into making this house a reality.
