Truly a Fort Myers Beach vacationer's paradise! This gorgeous and spacious condominium has all new beautiful furniture, mattresses, linens, televisions and decorations. The condo has been freshly painted and all new carpeting has been installed. Take in the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Bay from every window of this 12th floor unit. You can also enjoy nine acres of beautifully manicured grounds, championship tennis courts, pickle ball courts, junior Olympic swimming pool, two Jacuzzi hot tubs, and a fishing pier. A new clubhouse will be opening in 2025. Located next to the marina and just a short walk to the beach! Relax in this charming space after a day of exploring the area. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

The property is on a lock/box so there is contactless check-in. The code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

There is ongoing construction around the Ocean Harbor complex and much of the island.

There is a $100 HOA registration fee due to be paid by check to the Ocean Harbor Association. The fee is non-refundable.
