You can also enjoy nine acres of beautifully manicured grounds, championship tennis courts, pickle ball courts, junior Olympic swimming pool, two Jacuzzi hot tubs, and a fishing pier. A new clubhouse will be opening in 2025. Located next to the marina and just a short walk to the beach! Relax in this charming space after a day of exploring the area. There is ongoing construction around the Ocean Harbor complex and much of the island.
There is a $100 HOA registration fee due to be paid by check to the Ocean Harbor Association. The fee is non-refundable.
