This is a gated community . Barefoot landing is across the street with many restaurants within walking distance. Amenities include: indoor pool and hot tub, ocean side pool, 6 tennis courts, pickleball, putting green, seasonal oceanfront tiki bar, exercise room, walking trails, volleyball, and playground. Very family friendly with lots of outdoor space for the kids to run. Restaurant on site.
