Rustic Casita with 2 rooms with independent entrance each.

Each room is for 1 or 2 people with private bathroom, chest of drawers, coffee maker, coffee and sugar courtesy.

We have a patio, dining room and basic outdoor kitchen, which is shared with the other rooms. The property is one block from downtown and 3 blocks from the lagoon.

We have Internet access and air conditioning in every room.

In addition to your room you have access to the patio, dining room and basic kitchen (stove and refrigerator).

I am not present but Sergio who lives in front of the house will welcome you, and will be attentive to anything you need.

A cash deposit is due upon arrival and is returned upon departure. This varies depending on the number of nights you stay.
For stays of up to 15 days it is $1,000. For stays of 16 days to 29 days it is $3,000 and for stays of 30 days or more it is one month's rent.
