Guests have access to the entire condo suite with no restrictions.
We are doing as much as we can to ensure our guests have safe and comfortable stay.
Nothing is off-limits, all we ask guests is to respect our property, neighbours and the quiet hours of the community.
We are taking all the necessary precaution measures, using professional equipment and following enhanced cleaning protocols and best practices to providing clean, sanitized and safe accommodations for our guests.

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW***
By proceeding with the reservation Guests agree to our Terms and Conditions, House Rules, Additional Rules, Cancellation Policy and to obey Condominium Rules and Regulations and Town of Collingwood Noise By-Law.
The person making reservation MUST be 25 years or older. Your Reservation must be made with your Legal Name.
You cannot book the property for a Third Party (someone else) even for a family members. You MUST be present at the property during the entire rental period and you agree to accept any responsibilities and liability.
You agree to treat the property with care and to leave it in the same condition as you found it, this includes leaving clean glass stove top, inside the oven, clean pots, pans and other kitchen items.
Check-in: 4PM - 11PM
Check-out: No later than 11AM
- This is a SMOKE-FREE Condominium Building and Suite - Absolutely NO Smoking (No Vaping) or using of Tobacco products, Cannabis and products containing Cannabis in the Suite and its surroundings. Non-compliance will result in additional charges and all guests will be asked to leave the property.
- OCCUPANCY Limit: Maximum 3 Adults (4 people incl. childrens/infants) allowed in the suite at any time during the rental term and ***ONLY registered and disclosed guests are permitted to stay. ALL persons MUST BE disclosed PRIOR to booking request including all children.
***Visitors/Overnight Guests are NOT permitted in the suite at any time. Additional charges will apply for non-compliance with this provision and it will be treated as "Party".
***Rates are based on double occupancy.
Additional charge of $20/night/person applies for each additional person after first two.
- No Parties, Special Events, Wedding Registrations, etc.
- CHILDREN are welcome - please note, the Suite is not baby/child proof - it is located on the upper level of a two-story building with outdoor stairs - pictures of the outdoors are provided in the listing. You are responsible for children safety.
***Travel Pack'N Play Crib/High Chair/Booster Chair are available upon request - additional $25/stay for each item applies to cover cleaning and disinfecting cost.
- PETS are NOT allowed in the Suite at any time.
You will be charged additional fee for cleaning and damages incurred due to non-compliance.
- No outdoor shoes/boots in the Suite - please remove upon entry.
- Bikes, strollers, skis, snowboards and other sport equipment are not permitted in the Suite.
- MONTHLY BOOKINGS must be confirmed in writing during "inquiry" and prior to sending booking request.
Any damages to the property, contents or condominium common elements due to Guest's negligence or his/her family members or visitors negligence are Guest's responsibility.
You will be held responsible for additional cost for repairs or replacement of any damaged or missing items, additional cleaning and laundry fee. If we will not be able to accommodate our next guests you will be held responsible for the loss of revenues and any cancellation fees.
